On Tuesday 31st January 2012 at 19:30, deBuren presented An evening of indignation at Beursschouwburg, A. Ortstsraat 20-28, 1000 Brussels.
About the debate:
All over the world people are disgruntled. Demonstrators and activists occupy public squares and streets. Do these movements really defy the traditional party system? Are we stuck in our feeling of indignation or will this movement turn anger into structural action? Both author Jeroen Olyslaegers and sociologist Jeroen Van Laer (University of Antwerp) spoke on this topic. Felix De Clerck, initiator of the SHAME protest march in Brussels, commentated. Dirk Barrez (DeWereldMorgen) moderated and of course some of yourselves, the disgruntled, were given the chance to have your say too!
